I would like to use this page to display information gathered from people who are already feeding a raw diet, the experiences of those swapping over, the differences they have noticed and for my fellow breeders a chance to share rearing methods.

Ceerarott Rottweilers

We are Michael and Viki Herbert and we have Ceearott Rottweilers in the North East of England,and we currently have 6 rotts.

We started feeding raw about 5 years ago, when we discovered our older girl, Sheeba, had a wheat allergy. While researching a wheat free diet for her I came across the raw diet, we gave it a go, saw changes in Sheeba within 48 hours and have been feeding this way ever since.

I bought all 3 of Dr Ian Billinghursts books, read them from cover to cover, and feed using his methods, almost to the letter. All the litters we have, are reared straight onto raw meat and veg, no 'milky' meals at all and we never have a problem. We would never feed anything else! All of our dogs have bright eyes, shiny coats, white teeth and a zest for life!We truly believe if everyone fed this way, our beloved dogs would be much healthier and live longer.
